According to ABC News The judge in the sentencing for Jesse Jackson Jr says he will go to prison first. The judge recommended that he serve at a facility in Montgomery, Alabama. Sandi Jackson could serve at a women’s facility in Florida. However the final decision on both will be decided by the Bureau of Prisons. Jackson Jr’s surrender date is on or after November 1st. I honestly believe that Jesse Jackson Jr. got what he deserved, because hw abuse his power. But I feel for his wife because she got sentence as well for a year I wish the judge would have gave her probation and community service.
